Typically we are engaged in roles such as business analysis, process re-design, system integration and development. We have are sometimes been called upon to manage projects, or to perform or manage testing phases. As BPM developers, we specialise primarily in the TIBCO product set - technologies such as Business Works, iProcess, Business Studio, Hawk, Business Events. We are conscious of the total cost of ownership of BPM systems and, unlike many of our larger competitors, we aim to leave all the intellectual property behind whenever we complete a project. This usually takes the form of training, formal documentation and project wikis.
